I received a call when Brent was on his way. Upon arrival, he discussed with me exactly what I wanted done. Kahuna was the most responsive company out of 4 different ones that I called to come have my windows cleaned on short notice! They got the appt made and were out within 3 days.They came out and did a great job; both of the employees were extremely friendly and they even came back out to re-do my two story windows for me when they I found some stubborn marks that didnt come out the first time. Kahuna was recommended to us by a neighbor who's a real estate agent so has a broader experience with home services and they did not disappoint. Both the estimator and the service provider where professional and thorough. We got the premier service: interior, exterior and screens. They gladly removed the screens for winter storage and put them in the spot I designated in our basement. The price was not low but reasonable compared to other bids we had done. The quality of the service was shoulder to shoulder with the best we've had plus they were able to fit us into their fall schedule when the provider we'd used for the last few years could not.

Isaac did a great job cleaning the exterior of ~25 panes (windows) and several interior ones. Setting up the appointment was easy (though I prefer they call or email in advance when showing up versus 15-minute heads up…) and the cleaning was on time and done within 2-3 hours.
