We are most proud of the excellent individuals we have on our team.
To become a cleaner with us you must first go through a rigorous 5 step hiring process. We hire about 1 in every 100 applicants that apply. New hires go through an online course and an 80 hour hands-on training period. After this they are put on a team with other experienced cleaners.

Brent Berqual
Senior Technician & Shop/Fleet Manager
Brent is the steady hand behind the scenes at Kahuna. With Kahuna since 2014 and over 20 years in the trade, he’s trained in every service we offer — there’s not much he hasn’t done or can’t fix. As our shop and fleet manager, he keeps the trucks, the gear, and the crews running so every job goes off without a hitch. At 50, he brings the kind of experience you can’t teach and a standard he never lowers. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him cheering on the Minnesota Twins.
Breanna Lavigne
Operations Manager
Brea keeps Kahuna running. With Kahuna since 2023 and highly experienced in the field, she makes sure every job is scheduled, staffed, and handled right. If a job ever needs a second look, she’s the one who coordinates the rework and sees it through. She also handles much of the hiring, training, and interviews that build our crew. At 23, she pairs real field know-how with the kind of customer care that keeps people coming back. Off the clock, she’s happiest exploring: traveling, hiking, and backpacking across the country — plus spending time with her four dogs.
Yossi Aharoni
Sales & Marketing Director
Yossi leads sales and marketing at Kahuna, and since joining in early 2025 he’s been a driving force behind the company’s growth. He’s the one connecting more Twin Cities homeowners and businesses with the Kahuna standard — and making sure the experience lives up to it from the first call. Outside of work, you’ll find him up at the cabin, out in the garden, playing with his dog, or spending time with his family.
Elijah Severson
Lead Trainer
With Kahuna since 2022, Elijah is our lead trainer — the one who shows every new technician how the job gets done right. You might also recognize him as the friendly face of Kahuna on our billboards and TV commercials. In 2026 he’s welcoming a new addition to his own family, and he brings that same warmth to work every day: always smiling, always happy to be here. Off the clock, he’s happiest with friends and family — and a well-made cocktail in hand.
Owen Lindquist
General Manager, Midwest Access
Owen is the general manager of Midwest Access, Kahuna’s commercial high-rise division. With the company since 2020, he leads the crew that takes on the tallest, most complex exterior work across the Twin Cities — and he runs all of our safety meetings, keeping the team sharp on the standards that matter most up high. He’s also the one firing up breakfast for the team on meeting mornings. Away from work, he’s a rock climber and a genuine world traveler — he’s climbed in Greece and Turkey and explored as far as Thailand and Vietnam — and he’s happiest spending time with his family and dog.
Andy Misiura
Owner
Andy started Kahuna in 2007 and has been the visionary behind it ever since. An Army veteran, he built the company on the principles his service instilled — discipline, reliability, and doing the job right the first time. A father of two, he cares as much about the culture he’s built as the customers Kahuna serves.
